Congratulations on finishing Week 1 of The Ultimate VR Gaming Workout! Getting started is sometimes the hardest part. We hope you had fun! — We sure did.
We wanted to change the formula just enough this week to keep your body guessing and give everyone some time to work on their hand-eye coordination. For the next 5 days, we’re going to focus a bit more on Until You Fall.
We had loads of fun playing Until You Fall last week, and frankly, couldn’t put it down. We ended up playing a very long session and lost track of time. This is what VR workouts are all about, before you know it, you’re drenched in sweat because you’re genuinely having a good time!
So get ready to slash your way through some enemies, and some calories!

- Tuesday: Pistol Whip
- Wednesday: Until You Fall
- Thursday: Thrill of the Fight
- Friday: Until You Fall
- Saturday: Active Rest (Play whatever you want)
- Sunday: Active Rest (Play whatever you want)
We recommend a minimum of 30-minute sessions, but if you’re feeling good, just forget about the clock and have fun. Remember to stay hydrated!
