How Vertical Robot is able to achieve this is nothing short of a miracle. At the beginning of the Technical Showcase, they explain that Red Matter 2 will run on a “Heavily Modified Version Unreal Engine”.
Red Matter 2 will no doubt elevate the standard for graphics on the Quest 2 platform and demonstrates what can be done with talented optimization. We’re incredibly excited to play the sequel to one of our favorite games.
We ranked the first Red Matter as one of the first games you should buy for VR.
