PSVR2 Support Coming to Resident Evil Village

Capcom certainly isn’t holding back on VR ports. Resident Evil Village will be the next game in the series to receive the VR treatment with full PSV2 support. The trailer, showcased today at Sony’s State of Play, shows off what to expect from the VR support.

Unlike RE7, it seems Resident Evil Village will support full VR motion controls. You can see dual-wielding present in the trailer as well. It will most likely take full advantage of the PSVR2 Sense Controllers, which include adaptive triggers.

It’s still unclear if VR support will be a free update, or require you to purchase a “VR Version” of the game independently. We’ll update you when details roll in.
